In the case of 15:15 in rounds, 6 extra rounds will be played. 3 as Terrorist and 3 as
Counter-Terrorist. First team who wins 4 rounds wins the game. (Repeat if needed)

Win: 3 points
Tie: 1 point
Lose: 0 points
Tiebreakers:
If 2 teams have the same points: The winner of their match advances
If 3 teams have the same points: In-game rounds won during group matches. Tie again?
Win-lose round ratio is considered.

Technical Rules
Players must use "rate 100000", "cl_cmdrate 101", "cl_updaterate 101", "ex_interp 0.01"
Admins can request a replacement for lagging players. If no replacement is found in 5 minutes,
it results in a forfeit.
Security measures:
Admins can request demos anytime. Missing demos result in forfeit loss + penalty points
Player Steam/Valve IDs will be checked on WarGods for suspicious scans
Cheating results in player bans and team disqualification
Penalty System
1 point: Insulting/swearing to opponent or admin
3 points: Using bugs, being late, or missing demo files
15 points: Using cheats
Match Moderation
Matches are moderated by tournament admins. Admins cannot moderate their own team's matches.
Teams can request 2 pauses per map, lasting 1 minute, activated during freeze time only.
If a player drops, the match will be paused for 5 minutes to allow rejoining or a substitute.
This is allowed only once per match.
